Hik-Connect password
This is the cloud account in the app, not the code on the recorder. You need the email or phone number on the account.
Reset on the website
- Open the Hik-Connect web client.
- On the login screen tap Forgot password.
- Enter the username, email or phone on the account, then the captcha.
- Tap Next. A code is sent by email or SMS.
- Enter the code, choose a new password, then log in on the app with it.
Reset in the app
On the login screen tap Forgot password and follow the same email or SMS steps.
